Adapa, Andy | Anand “Andy” Adapa is an entrepreneur. He served on the ICCI Presidential Committee and sits on the Board of Trustees’ Fundraising committee. Anand holds a Master’s degree in Horticulture science from University of Western Sydney, Australia and Bachelor’s degree in Farm Science & Rural development from Loyola Academy, India. He has 20 years of professional horticulture, landscape project management experience in the Cayman Islands. He is active in community causes & managed several not-for-profit housing repair and construction projects. |

Connolly, Winston | Winston Connolly is the Managing Partner of Chancery ESG Ltd, Cayman (CEL). CEL focuses on three pillars of the future economy: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), digital asset transactions and sanctions. Chancery ESG provides training to investment management teams and oversight boards who are incorporating ESG considerations in their existing business. With the support of Chancery Advisors UK, CEL can provide advice on Cayman Islands laws, related EU regulation, compliance and litigation. CEL provides tailored legal advice on legal and regulatory matters related to ESG and sustainable investing and can assist asset managers in defining their strategy and ESG policies. Mr Connolly is also a professional independent, non-executive director, licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. He acts as a trusted fiduciary on a wide range of alternative investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds and crypto- currency funds. Mr. Connolly is the former Managing Director of Connolly Inc Ltd a fiduciary and financial services firm in the Cayman Islands and the former Managing Partner of Lainston International Management (Cayman) Limited. He has previously served as a Member of Parliament of the Cayman Islands and is a former equity partner at HighWater Ltd. Mr Connolly is also a former associate at two major Cayman Islands law firms: Maples and Calder and Walkers, where he specialized in investment funds. He remains called to the Bar in the Cayman Islands. During his over 25+ years in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands he has worked as a Banking Analyst for the Financial Services Supervision Department (now the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority) and as a Mutual Fund Administrator with Citco Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd . Mr Connolly is a Notary Public, Member of Island Offsets, past Chairman of the Cayman Islands Financial Services Council, past Secretary and Executive Board Member of the Caymanian Bar Association, past Deputy Chairman of the Cayman Islands Immigration Business Staffing Plan Board and past President of Rotary Sunrise. With community service as his passion, he has also served in various roles in Cayman Islands philanthropic and service associations including the Cayman Islands Angel Investors Network, the Cayman Islands Amateur Swimming association and the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. Cummings, April | April Cummings family were the cofounders of the International College of the Cayman Islands in 1970 and with it, a teaching radio station – ICCI-FM. It was in the booth at ICCI-FM that Ms. Cummings got her first taste of broadcasting, hosting a children’s radio show at age 6. April earned an associate degree from ICCI and then a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Emerson College in 1988. She wrote and anchored the Islands’ first newscast in 1991 while working for CITV. In 1992, Ms. Cummings joined CITN as a reporter, producer and on-air host. She spent a number of years honing her craft in various US television markets before returning home. She currently serves as owner of Cayman Life TV and is the News Director of Radio Cayman. |

Elphinstone, Kaitlyn | Kaitlyn Elphinstone is a results-oriented marketing and strategy leader with deep expertise in brand growth, community engagement, and strategic planning. As Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer for Cayman Enterprise City (CEC), she has driven revenue growth and spearheaded high-impact initiatives that have positioned the Cayman Islands as a premier destination for foreign investment, contributing significant socio-economic benefits to the local community. Under her leadership, CEC has been recognized as a ‘Top 10 Global Free Zone’ and the ‘#1 Free Zone in the Americas’ by the Financial Times. Ms. Elphinstone previously held leadership roles with the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman National Cultural Foundation and is the founder of Notable Island, an initiative supporting Caribbean artists. She holds an MA in Arts Policy & Management from the University of London and a BA in Visual Studies and Art History from the University of Toronto. An active community member, she serves as Alumni Chair for Leadership Cayman, director for Enterprise Cayman, and has been a longstanding advocate for the arts. |

Mannisto, Mike | Mike Mannisto is the assurance managing partner for the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands (BBC) region of Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office. Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting from Lakehead University. He is also a Canadian CA/CPA and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mike is a past president and secretary of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) and is currently a council member. |
McManus, Wayne – Chairman | Wayne McManus is the chair of the board of trustees. He previously served as the faculty representative on ICCI’s board and has more than 30 years of academic experience teaching a broad variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in accounting, taxation, and business law, including 18 years at ICCI as an adjunct professor. He is a CPA, CFA, CMA, and CIA, and has work experience in the private banking sector, providing wealth management services for high-net-worth clients. Wayne has an LLM in taxation, a JD, and an MBA as well as an MS and BS in accounting. He served from 2002-2020 as a director and audit committee chair of Endeavour Mining plc, a large publicly traded gold producer with five operating mines in West Africa |

Williams, Ormond | Ormond A. Williams is a banker by profession with extensive retail and commercial banking experience. His 37 years multi-jurisdictional banking experience covered St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Belize and the United Kingdom with Barclays Bank Plc and the Cayman Islands with Cayman National Bank. In both organizations, he has served at senior/executive management levels, including President/CEO and Executive Director. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK. His banking, management and business qualifications are from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK (now London Institute of Banking and Finance where he is a Fellow), the University of Manchester, UK and the University of the West Indies, Barbados respectively. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK and holds the Accredited Director designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. He sits on various local boards and commissions. Mr. Williams is the Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of OAWilliams Consulting, a boutique management consulting company focused on leadership and people development consulting (including corporate governance), training, assessment and coaching. Williams, Colleen | Colleen Williams earned her Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in HRM from ICCI in 1996 and then followed with an MBA in 1999. She has served in the Cayman Islands government as a Human Resource Manager for many years and has taught master’s level HR courses at ICCI, but in 2019 she spearheaded a new initiative. Ms. Williams recruited like-minded HR professionals who had all earned the prestigious SHRM certification and began offering certification prep courses at ICCI. Classes have been offered for the past four years and we are at an 87.5% pass rate. (SHRM) Colleen Williams is an experienced Human Resources Professional with more than 20 years of practice in the Cayman Islands, 12 years in the private sector and 10 years in the public service. Colleen also has earned her MBA and master’s degree in Management with a Human Resources Concentration from the International College of the Cayman Islands, where she is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor. She wishes to share her experiences and empower other Human Resources Management practitioners with the knowledge and skills that are confirmed through the earning of professional certification in the changing and challenging filed of HR Management in the Cayman Islands and welcomes anyone interested or curious about this journey to achieve professional certification to reach out and contact her through ICCI.
