The Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Organizational Leadership provides opportunities for students to prepare for careers related to organizational human management and leadership. In addition to the General Education outcomes, the student will be given the opportunity to:
- Describe the principles needed to be a successful leader in an organizational setting.
- Provide an example of how to set up diverse teams.
- Provide examples of personal ethics and professional ethics.
- Provide examples of how human performance is analyzed and measured to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Compare how systems theory would be applied in a public, not-for-profit, and for-profit organization.
Examine the principles and techniques of organizing and interpreting empirical data for the purpose of developing a thesis-driven paper.
