Liberal Studies

The Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies helps students develop career goals in areas not otherwise offered by the college, with various options for areas of concentration, depending on the student’s academic and career goals. The general education requirements of this degree provide the following objectives for the student to be able to:

  • Apply general education skills including but not limited to the fundamentals of composition, math, literature, sociology and computer; a
  • nd Create individual objectives designed based upon the course of study chosen by the student.
As with the A.S. General Studies, this degree is used for students who have transfer credits in an area not offered by the college but they wish to finish their degree at ICCI. They are able to transfer in the credits and then build the remainder of the degree to meet their needs. By doing this, ICCI is able to mold to meet the needs of a greater number of students.
